Keep lines moving fast using barcode scanners for sales, price checks, returns and exchanges. Print barcode labels with your laser printer or a barcode printer. You can also search inventory manually to select items for the sale.

Search inventory by category, vendor, description or a combination of all three from the sales screen. When you find the item, select to have it automatically added to the sale.

Apply coupons or discounts on individual items or the entire sale. Enter special comments for future reference on any sale.

Place sale holds if the customer forgets their wallet, or if a sale spans more than one department. Recall and modify sales at any time, from any cash register. You can add merchandise, or simply apply a payment and complete the sale.

Apply payments made by cash, check, credit card, traveler’s check, or in-store credit. Enter credit limits, convert sales and service orders, and send all of your statements to A/R customers. Print summary and detailed A/R aging reports. Create late fee invoices for overdue accounts at the touch of a button.

When swiping credit and debit cards through the magnetic strip reader, the authorization number is automatically entered and the charge is processed. When a customer pays with a check, scan the barcode on their State Issued ID to quickly record identification information into the POS system.

Apply a payment with complimentary credits if you give your customer credit as a thank you for a referral, or as compensation. Sell customized gift cards or give them out as complimentary credits. The barcode number on each card tracks the funds available. Gift cards are also rechargeable.

Convert a sale to an Accounts Receivable invoice when the customer has a pre-set Accounts Receivable credit limit.

Print the manager’s and salesperson’s names, sales agreements, and warranty information on receipts automatically. Print the amount your customer saved if discounts or coupons were applied. Tell your customers if points were added to their "Fun Pass" loyalty program account. Re-print any sales receipt as necessary for rebates and warranty claims.

Each receipt prints the unique transaction number with a scannable barcode for returns or future reference.

Print a "Picking Ticket" if the customer needs to pick up an item from your warehouse. Picking tickets contain a line for the customer to sign when they receive their merchandise.

Daily cash register reports, sales reports, and deposit slips are readily available.

Offer customers customized forms, contracts, and handout sheets. Print handouts to review with customers as they put the products on the counter.

Print troubleshooting handouts, maintenance guides and more. All handouts show the customer's name and print date. They can also calculate and insert the correct amounts or dosages of products if necessary. Printed handouts are are automatically recorded in your customer’s history.

Returns and Exchanges

Handle returns and exchanges with ease, even exchanges that require a payment or refund.

Refunds are easy and accurate by scanning the barcode on customers' receipts. Delete items the customer is keeping and apply the refund. Discounts and coupons given at the time of sale are automatically applied to the refund. Inventory is automatically added back into stock when the return is completed.

You can refund by cash, charge card, or in-store credit at the cash register. If the customer wrote a check earlier the same day, you can select to return the original check. If a refund check needs to be mailed, an inter-office e-mail is immediately sent to the person who writes those checks. The e-mail includes the customer's name and address, the transaction number of the original sale and for what amount the check is to be written.

The receipt printer prints two receipts — The customer signs one for your records, and keeps the other for their own records.

Select the reason for a return and if you are returning the item to stock in the refund screen. You can automatically send the item to the RGO Holding Bin to process for returns to the vendor. Track returns from the customer to the vendor, ensuring you receive proper credit.

Schedule follow-ups to remind staff about a customer’s future needs. Your customer’s name and phone number are automatically populated. Print follow-up call reports as additional reminders. When completing a call, mark the call as "complete" and your information is saved with the date and time of completion.

Sales Leads are stored in a separate customer base so they are not included in your customer searches. Search sales leads and convert them to your active customer list when they are ready to purchase. Keep track of important lead information and record of all follow-up calls. You can create targeted mailing lists from each "lead type" you create in the system.
