With RB Control systems Accounts Receivable tools you can Enter credit limits for A/R customers, easily convert sales & service orders to A/R, and send all ofyour statements at the touch of a button.
Retain customer credit card numbers securely with the customer’s profile so they can authorize A/R payments. Credit card numbers remain private, showing only the last four digits.
You can set up a seperate billing address for each customer. The job location and billing address will appear on every statement.
Print all customers’ statements at the touch of a button, or select an individual statement for a specific customer. Your logo appears on every statement.
Print individual invoices for each customer, an itemized statement, or a billing statement. Print itemized statements that contain the details for each of the customer’s open transactions.
Select a due date for your statements or make them "due upon receipt." Your Accounts Receivable due dates will automatically appear on every statement.
Each customer’s ID is printed on their return stub in the form of a barcode. You can scan this barcode to process and apply payments.
Payments are automatically applied to the oldest invoices unless you specify alternate rules.
You can apply payments with cash, check, credit card, traveler’s check or in-store credit. You may also select "Write-Off" as the payment type to close out an account as a bad debt.
Automatically create late fee invoices for overdue accounts at the touch of a button. You can also customize your late fee and interest rates in the Housekeeping section of the program.
Our POS system includes numerous printable reports — including summary or detailed A/R aging reports, and many other Accounts Receivable Reports.
