Company Owners:
Corinne Kraft — COO / Partner:
Corinne Kraft is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of RBCK Enterprises, Inc. founded in 2003, and the original designer of RB Control Systems Point of Sale and Business Management software which began in 2001. Through RB Training and Incentives, Corinne developed a series of retail sales game software that includes game boards and props. She is the script author and production manager of retail training videos, “Be a Star: The Young Adults Guide to On-the-Job Success” and “Increase Sales at the Counter in 30 Seconds or Less.”
Corinne is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Valley Pool and Spa in North Versailles, Pa. (since 1987). In 2007 she expanded into the Halloween Business and in May of 2008 opened a second pool supply, spa & Halloween store in Greensburg, Pa. In addition to several marketing, sales, and consumer’s choice awards from various industry vendors and local media, Valley Pool & Spa made the 2008 Pittsburgh 100 which is the Pittsburgh Business Times ranking of the area’s fastest-growing, privately held companies.
Corinne’s goals and ongoing commitment to retailers and service professionals include helping others operate their business more efficiently and profitably through the use of technology, training materials and sales incentive materials. For the past three years she has been doing live seminars at conventions and business conferences throughout the USA and Canada on the use of technology in business and on how to increase retail sales.
Rick Brunori — President / Partner:
Rick, a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science is the president of RBCK Enterprises. He is the cofounder of the company, and responsible for the software development for RB Control Systems Point of Sale and Business Management software.
In business for over 25 years, Rick has worked as a private consultant. He has developed many software programs, including tournament scoring and membership software for the Professional Bowlers Association, an environmental science tracking program, and an integrated jukebox/cash register system made for his two bar and restaurant establishments that has been implemented at many different types of businesses.
Rick’s dedication to the ongoing and future development of the RB Control program by working with our Programmers and Tech Support ensures 100% customer satisfaction.

Management, Sales, & Marketing:
Rachael Pritz — Executive director:
With a Masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, Rachael joined RB Control Systems with over five years experience in the pool & spa retail industry. Two of those years of experience included using the RB Control Systems Business Management System in the day to day operations of Valley Pool and Spa Sales. She is well educated in the pool industry's chemical product knowledge, as well as the equipment and maintenance products.
Eric Cassidy — Director of Sales and Marketing:
Eric brings retail, service and marketing experience and expertise to the company. His continued success in his own high end DJ and Entertainment Business and as COO and Vice President of Valley Pool and Spa provides him with a valuable and unique daily experience with the understanding and application of RB Control Systems. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Valley Pool and Spa’s two locations, Eric’s leadership and marketing expertise has lead the company into an era of expansion and financial growth which resulted in the prestigious 2008 Pittsburgh 100, the Pittsburgh Business Times ranking of the areas fastest-growing, privately held companies.
Amber Blon — Sales Representative:
With a B.A. from Allegheny College, Amber joins the RB Control System sales team in 2008 with six years of experience in the pool and spa retail industry. She has worked in the management of the chemical and retail store for Valley Pools and Spas, and has worked with the RB Point of Sale program on a daily basis throughout her years in the business. With a strong background in the usability and operation of the program, she brings a unique perspective that better serves prospective RB clients on how to run their business with greater efficiency.
Justin Huey — Sales Representative:
As a new sales representative with RB Control Systems, Justin Huey brings a lot to the team, understanding the needs of his customers. Justin graduated Cum Laude in 2003 from California University with a degree in communications. He has five plus years of financial sales experience in the banking and investment realms. His educational background and experience in sales has led him to this business philosophy: "Thorough communication is a constant in achieving success in business. I pride myself on listening intently to my customers asking them in depth relevant questions so I can assist with a solution via my products and services. Who knows maybe we can share a laugh or two while we’re at it." Caring about the success of his customers is of the upmost importance to Justin. It will be evident as you work with him exploring how RB Control Systems can meet and expand on your Point of Sales and Business Management software needs.
Matthew Seibel — Marketing Coordinator:
Matt is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with an associate’s degree in Graphic Design. Spending several years with a Pittsburgh based advertising agency, Matt brings a wealth of marketing and design experience. Matt has successfully established a design consulting business working with some of Pittsburgh’s most prominent organizations and businesses.

Programmers:
Vincent Ragosta — CTO:
Received his B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Computer Science and has worked with POS applications for the past two years. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Information Science.
Scott Stairs
Scott, who joined the RB Control Systems team in mid-April 2007, is a 2004 graduate of St Vincent College with a B.S. in Computing & Information Science. He has worked with his high school, a non-profit educational institution to create a library card database and several months with a large, well-known television manufacturer to create and manage a hiring database and several employee evaluation databases. Scott has also worked in the staffing industry for 1 1/2 years doing a small amount of database work as well as some administrative duties.

Level 1 Tech Support:
Tyler Brandt
A graduate of Duquesne University with a BA in Multimedia and Computer Science, Tyler brings an invaluable combination of skills to the RB team through experience in both retail and computers. Tyler excelled through the design and development of the interactive electronic media associated with the RB Training and Incentives’ sales games. His proficiency in user interface design, along with his background in the retail industry prove for an unrivaled combination of unique talents specialized for the leadership needs of RB Control System’s Concept and Design team.
